National Health Commission visited and discussed infant care work

On August 19, 2022, Yang Wenzhuang, Director General of the Department of Population Surveillance and Family Development of the National Health Commission; You Xiaoliu, the Director of the General Office of the Department of Population Surveillance and Family Development; and Chen Chen, the deputy director General of the Department of Family, visited the China Development Research Foundation. Fang Jin, the vice president and secretary general of the China Development Research Foundation; Du Zhixin, the vice director of the Child Development Institute; Cai Jianhua, the senior advisor and related project personnel, attended the meeting. In the context of the recently issued guidance on improving birth policy, the two sides exchanged views on infant and child care and discussed potential future cooperation directions.
